The Greater Victoria School District’s Strategic Plan reflects our commitment to create an inclusive and culturally responsive learning environment that will support and improve all learners’ personal and academic success, with a particular focus on indigenous learners, students with diverse abilities or disabilities, children and youth in care, and the physical and mental well-being of all learners. Subsequently, each school develops its own school goals, in consultation with staff, students, and the community. These goals are updated annually, with a focus on supporting the district’s strategic plan and informing the Enhancing Learning Report.
